Oceanside Cove Community Garden
The Oceanside Cove Community Garden began in 2022 as the vision of one of our shareholders, Leona Marx. Located in the southwest corner of the complex behind the 3200 building, the garden has grown into a vibrant and welcoming space for residents.
Each year, Leona and fellow members of the Garden Committee plant a variety of seasonal vegetables, as well as flowers that attract beneficial insects and pollinators. Garden plots are available for seasonal rental at a modest fee and are managed by the Garden Committee, which Leona continues to lead.
Residents who rent a plot can grow fresh vegetables, flowers, and herbs for personal use or to share with neighbors and friends. The garden is also open for all residents to enjoy—whether you're walking through, sitting to relax, or taking in the butterflies, plants, and blooms. Please note: All produce grown in the garden belongs to the Garden Committee and its members. We kindly ask that visitors do not pick from the garden unless they are part of the committee or have permission.
